My First Custom ID Bracelet!

As I dive deeper in to the world of PMC I have been asked to create some delightful custom pieces. One of which is this ID bracelet for my friend Lisa in Portland, Oregon.

The initials are for her husband Robert, herself, and her little baby, Jack. This is my first ID bracelet and it was an exciting challenge. I hand engraved the initials and the hearts which definitely have an "organic" look to them. I strung the bracelet in an interlaced pattern with faceted labradorite to make it both pretty and sturdy. The barrel clasp is one of my favorites, especially for bracelets. It's super strong and looks really cool!

I'm happy to say that it came out so cool I am now offering it on my Etsy shop! yay!

Thank you, Lisa, for being a wonderful muse!

HannahMade and Michelle Caplan Unite!

I'm so excited to announce the collaboration of HannahMade and Michelle Caplan!

I have recently started creating with PMC (precious metal clay) to add to my collection of jewelry. Each pendant is hand sculpted and fired to its hardened pure silver form.

I am always inspired by Michelle's work and we've been talking about making it into wearable pendants for a while now! The time has finally come!

This piece is a crop from her Collage Lab piece called "Jump for Joy."

You can purchase this and other art pendants in my etsy shop.
